What is jaja?

Is it a person or a place? Is it a feeling or just a name? To us, jaja is something you know when you see it. Something you know when you experience it. A place that transports you to somewhere else, even if you can’t quite put your finger on where.

Our food is inspired by the Mediterranean, but perhaps it was the place your trip began and ended as you explored other lands along the way. Full of bold flavors and nods to classics, but seen through our own, unique jaja point of view.

Our beverages mirror our food in that they are inspired by classics of “the old world”, but have a slightly playful and global point of view.

We are endlessly curious about flavor and hope to make delicious, beautiful, creative food and serve mouthwateringly creative and craveable beverages. We wish to transport you to a far away land with seamless, gracious hospitality and views through our jewel-box dining room that cannot be replicated elsewhere.

A little lofty? Perhaps. But our passion for food, beverage and hospitality don’t allow us to think small. When your eyes are open to the possibilities, it is impossible to keep them closed. See you soon.
